Looking for a Full-Time Specialty Foods Baker for Middle Eastern/ Mediterranean Sweets. Reliable and Experienced.
	Location Mississauga, ON 
	Salary $24.00 / Hour 
	Permanent, Full time 40 Hours / Week 
	Start date: As soon as possible 
	Employment conditions: Early morning, Day, Shift, Weekend, Night, Flexible hours 
	Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for cookies and sweets and icings and frostings according to recipes 
	Operate machinery
	Bake mixed doughs and batters
	Frost and decorate baked goods
	Ensure quality of products meets established standards
	Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
	Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
	Inspect kitchen and good service areas
Languages: English 
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: 5 years or more
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people 
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks 
Personal Suitability: Dependability, Judgement, Accurate, Team player, Reliability 
Additional Skills: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, Train staff, Organize and maintain inventory 
Cuisine Specialties: Mediterranean cuisine  (Baklava, Kunafa, Arabic Ice cream)
